Many of us are afraid of failing and have probably experienced this at one time or another, but we shouldn’t let that fear stop us from moving forward and achieving our goals.

In this episode we are joined by Mia Zambarano, a mental health therapist and performance consultant, as we talk about failure and how we can move from fearing failure to embracing it.

With many years of experience in therapy practice and evidence-based modalities, she utilizes this to support highly competitive and driven individuals and teams to achieve success through enhancing their mentality and optimizing their performance. Mia was a former Division 1 college soccer player and is now working with athletes, business professionals, entrepreneurs, and any individual or group who wants to understand how to improve their performance in their desired area.

12:56 – Mia shares the transition of her story from an agency to starting her own private practice

20:34 – Mia talks about the similarities of sports coaching and coaching entrepreneurs

32:00 – Mia talks about how fear is a fundamental core and why it serves as a function

43:13 – Mia shares her own experience with fear and how she was able to overcome it
