Those first 365 days from when you lose your spouse can be incredibly sorrowful, depressing and angst ridden. So as a widower, how do you best navigate and survive that first year and beyond?

In this interview with widower Terrell Whitener we discuss his experiences during the first year after losing his wife Robin, and how that inspired him to write the book The First 365: Learning to Live After Loss. We discuss the top three challenges new widowers face and ways to overcome these issues, along with advice for growing beyond that first year.
