We discuss the Arizona Supreme Court. Currently, the justices on the court are elected to return periodically. The Republicans are attempting to change the Arizona constitution to eliminate this vote, in order to drive the AZ Supreme Court to the right even further, and to institutionalize its makeup forever. We discuss the upcoming referendum.

We speak with Antonia Aguilar Rosenthal, Senior researcher at the Revolving Door Project.
We discuss the likelihood of Ken Paxton, currently the AG for Texas, being appointed to national office by Trump. We look at what Paxton has been doing in Texas, and how this will be extended to the whole US. The callousness and cruelty he has shown in Texas will be magnified.
