The plaintiff says he testified for the defendant in a criminal case, which the defendant won. The plaintiff got fired for testifying, and now the defendant is refusing to pay him their agreed-upon rate, so he’s suing. The defendant says the plaintiff’s testimony was vague and unhelpful, and claims he lied on the stand about not being paid. He says he owes nothing.

Then, the plaintiff says the defendant’s black Lab attacked her pit bull twice, and the defendant refuses to reimburse her for all the vet bills. She’s suing for what she’s owed. The defendant says he shared a yard with the plaintiff’s mother and the plaintiff ignored their unwritten rule about yard usage.

Plus, the plaintiff says she went to the defendant to get Senegalese braid twists in her hair and spent seven hours at the salon. The twists fell out almost right away, so she wants a refund. The defendant says she told the plaintiff the twists wouldn’t last because she had short hair.
