The plaintiff says she rented a room in the defendant’s house, but the woman would shut off the electricity and gas for days out of spite, and she kicked the plaintiff out with no notice. She’s suing for what she’s owed. The defendant says she did the plaintiff a favor by renting the room to her, but she was such a nightmare that the defendant had to call the police. She’s countersuing for rent and damages.

Then, the plaintiff says she got a tattoo from the defendant, but he pressed too hard and it looks terrible. She’s suing for the cost of removal. The defendant says he’s been in business for 20 years, and he says it looks beautiful. He claims she didn’t take care of it as he had advised.

Plus, the plaintiff says the crooked defendant took advantage of her. She paid him in advance to do some electrical work and he never did a thing. She’s suing for her money back. The defendant says the plaintiff’s property needed additional work because it’s in a flood zone, and she flipped out when he told her the cost.
