Learning how to delegate effectively is critical if you want to grow your
business.
Because there is only so many hours in the day, and so much time you have to DO the work, support your clients and run all the back end operations and systems that are required to grow and scale a profitable business.
That doesn’t cause you burnout, overwhelm and wanting to quit!
I know that delegating, outsourcing or hiring a freelancer can raise all kinds of things including letting go of control and thinking: but they can’t do it like me.
And the reality is, no they can’t.
But if it takes you 60 minutes (or more!) to complete a task and you charge £250 an hour for your time, it’s a total no brainer to get someone to do it for you for less.
And here’s an idea, they might even do it better (and quicker!) than you can
All those decisions you need to make, require focus.
