As an Entrepreneur, Lightworker or someone who is at the heart of their career - in this ever-evolving era, managing stress is essential in order to maintain a healthy and productive mindset. In a world where entrepreneurship is becoming increasingly popular, it is important to understand how to manage stress and ensure you are on track to success. As a Mindset Coach, twin mum to toddlers and entrepreneur myself, I understand the pressures! In this week's episode, I share five steps on how to manage stress as an entrepreneur.

  • The Power of Priming the Mind
  • Establishing Effective Time Management Strategies (don't worry, this sentence makes my skin crawl a little too, I share a tip that's great for a neurodiverse and ADHD/ADD mind)
  • Taking Breaks and Practice Self-Care - nope it doesn't have to involve squirrels!
  • Building a Support System in your field, and where these little Gems might just be!
  • Practicing the good ole' faithful - Gratitude, in particular the 3,2,1 method.

Managing stress as an entrepreneur many not always be easy, but it is necessary for your success and longevity in what you do. By priming the mind, establishing effective time-management strategies, taking breaks and practicing self-care, building a support system, and practicing gratitude, we can better manage stress and reduce overwhelm, and enjoy the journey. Because without fulfilment and inner peace, what's the point of it all?
