It's November.

And November means Movember.

Movember is a time for us to unite and tackle mental health issues that are affecting our fathers, brothers, sons, cousins, uncles and friends.

Things like mental health, suicide, prostate cancer and testicular cancer.

So today, we’re talking to Jon Weller.

Jon is a Director at Michael Page, but he is also Ngozi's husband.

Jon has experience supporting his colleagues who are struggling with their mental health, but he’s also supported Ngozi in times when she's struggled.

So, join us as we discuss men’s health and well-being.

Here are the highlights:

(3:06) Suicide rates in the UK

(8:40) Men’s barriers to seeking help

(13:34) Men and emotional expression

(19:08) Mental health and its impact on daily life

(24:58) Support for men in the workplace

(32:36) Supporting men’s mental health

(44:31) Men’s mental health and vulnerability
