This week, we are continuing our series on acceptance. Last week, we talked about the acceptance of trials and suffering. You can go back and listen to that. The whole month of October, we're talking about different aspects of acceptance and how accepting these different parts of our lives and these different parts about who God says He is and the things that he implements in our lives is really so life giving for us to begin to accept these things and to move forward.

Today we're talking about our own limitations and weaknesses.

We all have limitations, every one of us. Even just as human beings, we have limitations. And when we say weakness, that just means you lack strength, you might be inadequate in some areas, or you might be deficient of something.

We all can block things out because it's too painful to look. But, I think one place to start is that we would acknowledge that we have limitations. We would acknowledge that we have weakness, and choose to accept the things we cannot change and be willing to look at the some of the things we can!
