On today’s episode Denise and Jackie share their fourth step reimagined, “With courage, honesty, and curiosity, we write the stories of the fears, shame and resentments we carry with us.”

Grab your pen and paper, because in this episode Denise and Jackie explain how to take an honest, wholesome, and courageous inventory of yourself. Notoriously known as one of the most difficult steps, the written exercise at this point in the journey allows you to build a foundation for the next five steps and enables you to find freedom from your past.

Denise describes this step as a way to look at the stories we tell ourselves and see if they are fact or fiction. It’s also important to acknowledge the good parts that come up during this exercise and remember not to judge the difficult ones.

Join us this week to dig into the details of this Step and learn about the effect it makes on your journey through the Twelve Steps reimagined.

Topics Covered:

  • How is Step Four reimagined different?
  • Why Step Four reimagined is important
