It is so cliche, but trusting the process is the only way you will ever get to the intentional goal you've set out! Whether it's getting healthier, paying off debt, or maybe taking that idea and turning it into income and starting the business. There are going to be amazing days, and rough ones. Great moments and one you want to give up! BUT if you truly trust the process & continue to show up and take the steps in order to get there you'll find you end up ENJOYING the process!
