There are always times when one thing in life has more attention than another part of life. Balance is a myth, hear me out. Integration is where it’s at. Integrating all the parts of our lives in a way that feels good. That’s a lot to ask because how do we know when we have it all integrated. I’m not sure we ever really know, but what I do know is that setting boundaries and sticking to them helps.
