As an over achiever and recovering perfectionist, historically, if I had anything left on my to do list at the end of the year, I failed...😒 In these last few weeks of the year, there always seems to be this big push to get everything you didn't get done all year (and oh yeah you'll also be on vacation for about 90% of those days...GOOD LUCK! 😬)

In this week's episode, I invite you (and myself) to look at things differently this year. Let's change our perspective of failure and see if we can make some last minute adjustments to our plans for the remainder of the year 🥂
