San Eng is an an Ivy League graduate, thriving entrepreneur, and current real estate investor. He has previously deployed over $700M across multiple asset classes and raised $200M as a serial entrepreneur. He has also successfully raised more than $70M for his startups and established a venture capital fund with a $350M commitment. Additionally, San is the best-selling author of “Wall Street Journal” and “USA Today,” known for his book “Ten Commandments of Investing.” He is currently working on a second book titled “The Ten Commandments of Generational Wealth.”

In our conversation, San discusses which investment he believes is the holy grail of investments and how he is teaching his kids to not follow the traditional career model and instead seek out financial freedom very early in their life.
