Episode 12 introduces one of my clients, Nicole Goldstein, where she provides insight into how she sets boundaries, maintains mental clarity, and develops confidence in her career. She explains that there are many different tactics you can apply to your life to get your mind right in terms of your career, calming your nervous system, and finding the parts of your 9-5 that do bring you some joy and fulfillment.
