Dr. Miguel Montero-Baker is another board-certified vascular surgeon, specializing in both vascular and endovascular surgery, with a special focus on diabetic foot complications, limb preservation, and independent living. He earned his medical degree from the University of Costa Rica and honed his skills through various residencies and fellowships, including at the Leipzig Heart Center. Dr. Montero-Baker has dedicated his senior tenure to developing low-cost limb-preservation outpatient centers under the banner of HOPE Clinical Innovation Center, striving to provide value-based care for diabetic foot-related morbidity.
