He arrived in Korea in 1996 to teach hospitality and tourism courses in English at a Korean university. What was supposed to be a one-year stint turned into a five-year adventure, ultimately leading him to establish his own consulting business. His initial focus on skill training evolved into a holistic approach to organizational development, addressing the deeper issues that hinder skill application.
Mark's philosophy centers on the idea that for organizations to truly thrive, they must look beyond surface-level training. He works with his clients to uncover and tackle the root causes of their challenges.
