However, it was her serendipitous foray into formal coach training that marked a turning point in her career. Initially aimed at enhancing her leadership skills, this training opened the door to team coaching and a focus on leadership development for small and medium-sized businesses. Ila's approach is deeply human-centric, advocating for authentic leadership that is tailored to the individual.
