For my 30th episode of the podcast, I was inspired (by Zoe Blaskey of 'Motherkind') to share a meditation that I recorded for you.

Having done guided meditations for many, many years during my yoga classes and 1:1 sessions I wanted to treat you, my listeners, to this guided relaxation.

If you're new to meditation, please don't put any pressure on yourself to feel anything in particular.

Whether you get to listen to this during the craziness of half term or another precious stolen window of time, I invite you to…

  • listen
  • breath deeply
  • and relax a little more

PLEASE NOTE: Do not listen while driving as you may get dozy(!). I've been told my voice is "like a balm" and I do try my best to help you relax to the max ;)
