Can you believe I’ve already passed my second trimester of pregnancy? I can not believe how fast the time has gone. I am bringing you this solo episode today to share with you all how I have navigated my second trimester and managed to feel my best!

I am covering everything from the first fluttery baby movements to my chosen approach to ultrasounds and the natural ways I've kept my energy levels high. I’ll also dive into my nutritional habits, the changes in my body, and the benefits of prenatal acupuncture and massage and how they've been game-changers for my relaxation and overall well-being. I’ll also share how I navigated some unexpected turns, like being diagnosed with a UTI and our big move to a new, family-friendly house.

There’s so much more packed into this episode, so if you're an expecting parent, someone planning a family, or just curious about pregnancy, this episode is filled with insights that could be incredibly helpful for you. So, tune in and join me on this beautiful journey!
