How long should you be in control of your art? Should you have "final cut" on each performance, or is the performance itself a separate piece of art?
Today, I discuss that and more with my lovely Spousemeister, Georg Friedrich Haas, composer extraordinaire. This came up as we were swept off to Germany—a trip which was not an instant "yes" from my dear husband (which we will get into).
