Kassandra draws on her experience from both working in the Global Health field and various healing modalities (sound healing, Ayurveda, bio-energy healing) which she has learned over the years. She works with clients in transformative health and life coaching, facilitates transformative ceremony circles, and most recently co-hosts community ecstatic dance events. Kassandra values connection, community, and is a huge advocate of inner work because she believes this is has positive ripple effects in the world. She works with people to immerse themselves in holistic experiences curated to restore balance and promote well-being.

With a profound passion for holistic health, psychology, exercise, and nutrition, Lexi earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with Honours from Mount Royal University. A proud British Columbian, she finds solace and joy in nature through activities like camping, hiking, invigorating cold water swims, and her newfound love for outdoor rock climbing. Lexi holds a deep appreciation for concepts such as Hygge, the Blue Zones philosophy, and the overall tranquility of nature. Catch her outdoors, relishing moments with friends, family, her Corgi, and her lovely partner.
