Using dance and Tai Chi to support movement, Dr. Michelle also uses her knowledge and training as an instructor in Touch for Health and Therapeutic Touch. Her expansion into the NeuroReflex Integration knowledge provides a connection of brain and body through reflex development. Using the BioEnergetic Wellness Formula identified in her doctoral work, Dr. Michelle has a set way of preparing her podcasts, conversations, group programs etc. to ensure transformations can happen at any time with ease and no additional "work" required. A proud British Columbian, she finds solace and joy in nature through activities like camping, hiking, invigorating cold water swims, and her newfound love for outdoor rock climbing. Lexi holds a deep appreciation for concepts such as Hygge, the Blue Zones philosophy, and the overall tranquility of nature.
