However, lest ye be concerned that this will be some schmaltzy family chat, Donna is the Director Liaison for Ready Start Tangipahoa, a coalition of the Tangipahoa Parish (Louisiana's equivalent of a county) public schools, Head Starts, and childcare/daycare centers. She previously spent approximately 30 years as the founder and director of Kids World, a childcare center in Ponchatoula, LA. This is a very interesting chat that touches on Donna's history in childcare, parenting, protecting the arts in education, and more.
