For years I struggled with getting a good night’s rest. While in college, going to school and working full-time didn’t help either. Even after graduating, I didn’t take ownership of my evening. Exhaustion caused me to drag through my day from lack of a good night’s rest.

And then I had enough…

About 7 years ago, I decided to take ownership and took matters into my own hands. I started with one small change that grew into a routine that excited me about getting ready for bed. If you’re struggling with your evening routine and want to be inspired to create something new or refresh your current practices, this week’s episode is for you!

I share my process and evening practices in this week’s Life After College episode. Join me in crafting your ideal nightly routine that will surely complement your morning routine!
