We are shaking things up and are in action toward the things we want most in life!

This week’s Life After College episode is a continuation of last week’s episode, where we discussed ways to move through analysis paralysis. We literally shook things up by taking notice of when we were in the spin and also physically moving our bodies so we could reset.

This prepares us to then be in action and to dive into the P.O.P. Framework. The P.O.P. framework stands for purpose, outcomes, and process. It allows you to not only get clarity on what you want, but it will provide you with a purpose that is deeply aligned with the most authentic version of you.

The P.O.P. framework is a strategy you can apply to any situation in your life. It can help prepare you for a difficult conversation, interviewing for a new job, or getting through a semester in college!

It is another episode where you’ll want to take a seat, be intentional, and take notes. Let’s get ready to level up!
