Welcome Earth Food First—a movement to protect our kids WHOLE HEALTH: body, mood & mind. America's processed kid-food culture makes protecting our kids' most precious gift, their health, wildly harder and for some parents, just impossible. In 2019, 1 book, motherhood and my own health journey made it my mission to change this harmful kid-food culture. This is that story + 4 tips for raising veggie lovers you're missing.

In our first episode you'll find:

  • My personal story behind what inspired me to create Earth Food First: one book, a health diagnoses, and becoming a mom.
  • The 4 top tips for raising veggies lovers you may be missing.
  • Classic "kid-food" culture norms I've replaced with French-inspired, new family food norms to support Stella's mental & physical health.
  • Why every family deserves to better understand the profound effects our current processed kid-food food culture is having on our children's mental and physical health.
  • This week try: Reimagine cooking simple earth foods as a critical life skill to protect our families whole health and recognize the immense value of teaching our children how to cook.
  • At the grocery store, notice the ratio of farm food versus factory food in your cart at check-out. Don’t judge it … JUST take note. Over time try aiming for ¾ farm food in your cart or more.
