Today, I'm sharing 12 NEW PRACTICES to replace the old "kid-food culture" and help our kids prioritize FARM FOOD over FACTORY FOOD. If you learned something please SUBSCRIBE, RATE & REVIEW our podcast.

Grab the "OLD NORM vs. NEW NORM" chart here! (mobile version)

In this episode:

  • Review an "OLD NORM vs. NEW NORM" comparison chart to zoom out and better understand the current kid-food culture versus the NEW FAMILY FOOD CULTURE we’re working to create.
  • We add up ADDED SUGAR in a seemingly "healthy-ish"school lunch - the results are SHOCKING.
  • Healthy Swap: Most plant-based milks for ????
  • This week try: Packing one or more lunches for your kiddos using only earth foods (aka whole foods with no ingredient labels) OR minimally processed foods (like chickpea pasta) that contain ZERO added sugars. Added sugar is required to be listed on ingredient labels.
