In this episode I am joined by my dearest colleague, friend, sister - Victoria Gyore. Victoria shares about her spontaneous healing she experienced during her first hands on / hands in pelvic bowl session, and knew this is how she wanted to facilitate healing.

We discuss not only physical, but emotional scars as well and how the pelvic bowl truly holds so much (even when there are no symptoms). We dive into how healing requires a slowness, an invitation, and a witnessing.

Victoria will be guest speaking for two sessions during my upcoming 3 month container, Rooted Wisdom, where she will share on the nervous system and the gut microbiome and how they are intricately connected, and a second session on grief.

The waitlist for Rooted Wisdom is now open and registration opens soon!
