She began her career in the high-octane world of television, working on acclaimed shows like "30 Rock," "The Good Wife," and "Saturday Night Live." Despite reaching what many would consider the pinnacle of success in the entertainment industry, Lauren found herself grappling with anxiety and depression. It was this personal struggle that prompted her to step back and reassess her life's direction.
Transitioning out of the entertainment industry, Lauren embarked on a quest for fulfillment that led her to coaching and astrology. She now dedicates her life to empowering women to overcome fear and anxiety, embrace their innate strengths, and lead fulfilling lives.
