His company, Sanders Install, was born from the skills he learned from his wife's uncle and grandpa, focusing on the intricacies of installation. As his business expanded, Tim recognized the potential to evolve beyond the "guy in a truck" model, which led to the creation of Solar Shield—a full-service window treatment solution company.
