Have you ever struggled with your body image? Have you thought that if you lose the weight, you'll be ok? Or you need to look a certain way to fit in?

In our world of comparison, social media and filters, it can be a real struggle to accept your body and feel good in it. Especially when you are a people pleaser and all you want to do is fit in, your body can be a source of frustration.

I know that I've struggled with my body image, so you're not alone. And to really help us start accepting our body, treating it with more respect and feeling joy about our bodies, we're joined by Anne Poirer.

Anne shares with us her personal struggles with eating disorders and how she was able to change her relationship with food, her body, and her feelings.

This episode will help you learn to tune into your body, accept yourself and treat your body with respect.
