The first few weeks of autumn allow us to settle into a more predictable, cozy routine. I don’t know about you, but I’ve always found autumn to be a season of introspection and the perfect time to slow down and take stock of what’s going on in our lives.

As the summer energy comes to an end, I’ve been curious to know how many people give even a small bit of attention to exploring and tending to their inner needs, and my goal with this episode is to help you do just that by giving you some questions to ask yourself, as well as a few tips for keeping your desires and priorities at the forefront as you go about your days.
