Change is scary. And it’s hard enough in your personal life, but I’ve often found there is even more fear and confusion when you feel called to change and grow in your business. You might be thinking, “Can you even DO that as a leader or business owner? Won’t your audience get confused or think you’re flaky?”

In today’s episode I want to answer those questions for you as well as walk you behind the scenes of one of my upcoming big business changes.

So if you’ve also been feeling called forth into something new in your life or business or you just want an inside peek at the mindset behind someone else’s big shift, you don’t want to miss this one.

I’m diving into:

  • What makes our fears around shifting and changing so difficult and crunchy
  • The thing we actually need to do in order to uplevel as business owners and thought leaders
  • Reflections on my last major rebrand and how a new upcoming rebrand for me feels so different
  • Examples of fears you might have during a phase of releasing the old and stepping into the new, and sharing some of mine during my current rebrand
