Ep. 30: You ARE a Leader: A Conversation with Inger Brown
Manage episode 407125665 series 3557988
You can be stirred. You can be activated. You can have things you need to work on and still stay in the process, still stay in your life, AND lead it. This work is deep. It’s potent. It can even be painful at times, but is it worth it?
As we wrap up the year in the Emotional Leadership program, I’m excited to welcome students to share about their experiences in this container and in themselves on their leadership journeys. Today, I’m joined by Inger Brown. As a somatic practitioner, Inger is dedicated to helping clients find spaciousness with greater connection to self, and do the work of self-remembering. As we often find, so much of what we teach is what we’re learning ourselves. So, join us today for this gentle exploration of all that Inger has learned and experienced within this program. Does she consider herself a leader now? Was the program worth it for her in the end? Does this program work for those that prefer a slower approach? And what does it have to offer YOU? Listen in to find out!
We’re exploring:
- One of Inger’s most challenging moments within the container: how she worked through it and how the group dynamic impacted that moment
- How this program can help you refine your intuition
- A BIG misconception surrounding what readiness is and what it requires
- What feels lighter for Inger as the program wraps up: what has she let go of? What are you carrying within you?
- The richness in differences: what you can learn from the coed group experience
- And much more!

Inger works with her clients to create the spaciousness within that allows them to be connected with themselves, their intuition, creativity, and desires. She walks with them on the journey of self-remembering, a reclamation of all that allows them to call their lives sacred.
