Food Tank and Duke University’s World Food Policy Center recently hosted the “Empowering Eaters” Summit in support of the National Strategy on Hunger, Nutrition, and Health. They explore the false division that exists between farmers and farm workers, the skill and effort required of farm workers, and the potential benefits of minimum commodity prices for growers.
