A successful vice president with 47+ years in the attractions and entertainment industry, Trevor is highly observant and detail-oriented with a highly developed work ethic. He values history and culture and strives to maintain a harmonious environment offering service to others. Comfortable developing businesses, leading teams, and providing high-level results.
Trevor spent the past 20 years working for iFLY Indoor Skydiving, https://www.iflyworld.com. They grew from 1 location to 80 worldwide. It was an amazing adventure, and he loved being a big part of their growth. However, sadly due to COVID, the company downsized, and Trevor was let go, but this allows him to be full-time in his Real Estate Investing.
To date, Trevor has invested as LP in 14 syndicated deals, multifamily apartments (1,000+ doors), retail strip mall, 1 Townhouse to Condo conversion (28 units), 1 Single Family Rental Portfolio Fund (250 homes), one ground up Multi-Family Fund (100 doors), and a medical office building, land development near the new Tesla factory in Austin.
Over the past few years, Trevor has become deeply passionate about learning about Real Estate Investing. Trevor is an avid learner, continually connecting with as many like-minded people as he can.
