Driven by her goal of providing the best care for her parents and in-laws in the last days of their lives, Christina believes that creativity and being a little different from the rest is the course to take. Christina has been the broker and owner of The Home Agency since 2014. She is currently investing in short-term rentals and has been doing things differently from the crowd to draw people to their properties. About Christina Kovacs …

Christina has been a Realtor in Florida since 2010 and a Broker/Owner of The Home Agency since 2014. Her experience in the Real Estate industry started when she was 20 years old as a loan officer in the subprime mortgage industry. Apart from the servicing side of RE, she has been an active real estate investor since 2010. To date, she has flipped or held >$6 mil in residential real estate holdings throughout FL, VT & CT.

Since 2020, she has been focused on growing her multifamily portfolio, and she is an LP in 731 units and a JV partner in 54 units. She has been fortunate to be advised by some of the best in the industry.

She has a BA in Philosophy with a minor in Business Admin from FIU. She is married not only to her life partner of 18 years but her business partner. They are avid travelers, and she loves hosting a party.

Living every day by the motto "Find it. Live it."
