In the early 1980s, Minneapolis-St. Paul was gripped with fear as a serial killer terrorized the area, preying on vulnerable women.
Within hours or days of each murder, the local dispatch would receive a chilling call from a whiny man instructing them to "not speak, just listen," as he divulged the details of his latest atrocity.
It was these unsettling calls that ultimately led to the identification and capture of the violent and terrifying killer, Paul Michael Stephani.
