In this episode, I discuss the TV show The Big Door Prize, starring Chris O’Dowd, available now on Apple TV Plus.

In the show, a mysterious machine turns up in a small town’s general store – one that gives you a card with your ‘Life Potential’ written on it. Season one is all about how the people in the town react to their potential, whether it’s good or bad, and what they think it means about their lives.

It also got me thinking about my own Life Potential and how I would react to being given various cards. I think it’s a great personal development exercise to take stock of where you are right now and where you want to be – or the transformation you want to have.
