Are you finding it hard to move forward in life because of a significant loss or trauma you’ve experienced?

We can all agree there is no “right” way to recover from trauma, or an appropriate timeline for grief. But when you’re the one who’s suffering, it’s terrifying to feel frozen in time when life just keeps moving on for everyone else.

But there’s no such thing as “stuck.” You are moving forward, even if it’s in the wrong direction. And your physical health can quickly deteriorate when you’re suffering from mental and emotional distress. Which can lead to a frustrating lack of support as most doctors don’t address the mind-body connection.

My guest is a brain health coach and certified hypnotist. Kristin Rivas uses Rapid Resolution Trauma Therapy (RRT) to help people overcome their PTSD symptoms. In this episode, you’ll hear:

  • Kristin’s story of overcoming a debilitating seizure disorder that she developed after losing her sister in a drunk driving accident

  • The impact that a single RRT session had on Kristin’s neurological symptoms

  • How rapid resolution therapy (RRT) works

  • The science and efficacy of rapid resolution therapy (RRT)

Stay tuned until the end to hear Kristin do a mini RRT session where we uncover the REAL reason why I’m struggling to be consistent with my daily exercise routine. It’s an eye-opener!
