In this episode, we had the pleasure of hosting three incredible women on our panel, each sharing their unique insights and experiences on the theme of mind, body, and business.

First, we introduced Rachel Ralston, the Practice Administrator at Dermatology Center of McKinney, who shared her journey of growth and success in the field of cosmetic dermatology. Rachel emphasized the importance of taking care of oneself, especially in the context of skin care and well-being. She highlighted the significance of education in increasing overall well-being.

Next, we heard from Shandria Riddick, a licensed professional counselor, who shared a message of hope and freedom in Christ. Shandria emphasized the importance of clarity in knowing oneself and making better decisions. She discussed the impact of mindset on feelings, actions, and beliefs, encouraging listeners to change their minds to change their outcomes.

Lastly, Rita Townsend, a Mary Kay sales director, shared her inspiring story of overcoming challenges and embracing self-love. Rita emphasized the power of forgiveness, both towards others and oneself, in order to create boundaries and lead a fulfilling life. She challenged listeners to assess their circles and ensure they are empowering and uplifting those around them.

The panelists also discussed the importance of self-care and empowerment, highlighting the need to prioritize one's well-being in order to positively impact others. They shared personal practices such as indulging in skincare routines, setting boundaries, and engaging in self-care activities like running and reading.

The episode concluded with giveaways and gifts for the speakers, as well as an invitation to the upcoming joint networking event on June 13th at Independent Financial. Overall, the episode served as a powerful reminder of the importance of self-care, empowerment, and forgiveness in leading a fulfilling and impactful life.

Through her study of the Bible, time as an entrepreneur, and the accountability of some great mentors Elizabeth, is a transformed woman. Today, she passionately invests her time helping others transform their thinking.

Elizabeth is author of the recently published Transform My Thinking, God study on the book of Philippians. She has published over 170 YouTube videos and hundreds of Facebook Live videos ranging from topics of business building, daily encouragement/motivation, inspiration, marriage, and Bible exposition.
