While Breast Cancer Awareness casts a long pink shadow over the month of October, it is not the only issue in the spotlight this month. Today is World Mental Health Day, and the theme for this year is “mental health is a universal human right”. So, we are going to focus on some of the facts and statistics surrounding mental illness and how we can show our support.
