https://TopFitnessStrategies.com Are there shortcuts to gaining muscle after 50 years old? Are there ways to enhance our gym workouts? I'm not talking supplements, but something which is natural, it's within your body already. Well, maybe I have that solution for you! I had the pleasure of interviewing Steven Munatones. Stephen is the CEO and co-founder of KAATSU which is a pioneer in the blood flow restriction market. Steven has introduced KAATSU successfully to collegiate and professional sports teams, branches of US military, and as you’ll soon hear – to a large population of people just like you and me.

Listen to this podcast and let me know your thoughts!
