Today on the podcast, we will talk about grief. What is grief? Grief is the feeling of sadness and lowliness after a loss.

How can we make it through the dark moments in life? There is hope. Remember everyone grieves differently. Whatever you do in life do not compare your sadness and grieving moments with others.

Make time to grieve, and breathe while moving through this process and sometimes you may have to sit still for the world's system wants you to hustle and bustle no matter what goes on in life. This can lead to serious burnout and brownout. So take the time to talk to God and rest through the process of grief.

Lean on God.

Trust God.

Rest and Relax.
