Friends.. here is a 13 min riff on Accountability. F/ck it hit me during a workout class last week at the gym when one of my amazing instructors asked us to do partner work during cardio. At first I was like fakkk I'm not in the mood, but holy did it ever light a fire under my ass to work hard, step into my strength and push outside of my comfort zone. This got me thinking about how pivotal accountabililty is on our journey and how our chances of actualizing our dreams and what's outside of our comfort zone massively amplifies and increases when others are helping us along the way (especialy during the crunchy parts).
