Hi friends.. here is a raw, vulnerable mini riff on the concept of receiving, and how it can be SCARY AF. For most of my life, I didn't trust people or life, I saw myself as a victim and saw the world as a scary place. I really didn't let people in and see the real me, I didn't trust people to show up for me.
Well last Monday I had a special moment w/ my 1 year old on a walk that caused me to drop my armour and get curious around why it's so hard for us to receive from others (spoiler alert this ties deeply in w/ childhood, relationships and our ability to consiously manifest).
