Hey there, my butthole breathers! I've got three non-basic tips for you to help get you through this holiday season. I know, I know, we all know the basics: drink water, hydrate, yadda yadda. But let's dive deeper and really make the most of these holidays, shall we?

First up, let's talk about getting some extra sleep. Now, I'm not saying you have to go to bed at 7 p.m. every night like I did (don't worry, I had a good reason), but I want you to pick two to three nights a week to hit the sack an hour or two earlier than usual. Giving your body that extra rest and healing time will do wonders for your overall well-being during this busy time of year.

Next, it's time to embrace the power of saying no. We all have those obligations that we feel like we have to attend, even though, deep down, we really don't want to. Well, this year, I want you to choose one thing, just one, and say no to it. Trust me, it's empowering. And it also sets boundaries, something many of us struggle with. So go ahead, listen to your gut and decline that invitation guilt-free.

Lastly, take some time to celebrate yourself. I want you to reflect on your accomplishments this year and pick something to celebrate. Maybe it's treating yourself to a relaxing bath with your favorite glass of wine or indulging in a delicious meal at your favorite restaurant. It doesn't matter how you celebrate, as long as you take a moment to appreciate all that you've achieved.

Remember, these holidays should be about joy and happiness, not stress and overwhelm. So take my non-basic tips to heart and make the most of this holiday season. And hey, if you want to share your thoughts or experiences, feel free to reach out to me on Instagram or TikTok. I always appreciate hearing from you.

Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season
