Not one of us is free from dealing with boundaries!! Boundaries are often complicated and multidirectional - not easy to set, not easy to receive, not easy to navigate in general. Emie jumps right in on this Boundaries episode sharing the 7 most common types of boundaries according to a Positive Psychology article.
