Many mothers don't always realize the impact that sleep deprivation and sleep interruptions have on thier health and wellness. And it has become so normalized in our culture. It is very common but it is not normal or healthy. In this episode, I share the impact our sleep has on our health and wellness, and some things you can do to get more and better sleep.
